Udderly Delicious Ice Cream in Lincoln

The positive: ice cream was very good and there was a decent selection of flavors and types, including non-dairy. The employees were pleasant. The negatives: Employees wore masks but not gloves and I did not see them disinfect their hands between customers.:(The whole place is filthy and, especially during this time of the pandemic, I was quite dismayed. The entrance, floors, tables outside, and the garbage cans were disgusting. Everything should be washed with soap and disinfectant throughout the day, and by the look of it, they might not be washed even 1 x a day. As a result, we won’t return.

We have been going to Udderly Delicious for years now - it's a must-stop place for our family when we visit Lincoln. The ice cream here is delicious, there's a nice variety of flavors AND some dairy-free options which are great as my son can't eat dairy and he still gets to enjoy a cold treat with our family. And the people serving us have always been very polite and patient (with 6 people in our family and we often bring additional family, our orders are LONG). Highly recommend this place!

The ice cream store down the street has better tasting ice cream and not such a big portion size difference.

Overpriced, not good customer service ( double scoop and a doggie ice cream $7.90.) Place was dirty inside and outside the restaurant not good during the pandemic we are currently living. Ice cream taste is ok. next time in the are we will go to the other ice cream shop down the road, it seems to have more people and better reviews.

DO NOT GO HERE !! I know for a 100% FACT they DO NOT WASH THEIR TABLES or wipe anything down ever. This is a pandemic and there are hundreds of people going in and out of their and they have never once wiped down their outside tables never at opening and never at closing I have a friend who lives near there and sees them never wash anything ! Zero stars !!!. Disgusting people the ice cream is definitely not good enough to get covid. Wouldn't trust them with a moment of your time. Awful awful awful business.

Very rude staff, I went there with my family and one of the girl kept asking what can I serve you, what can I serve you. She asked me the same question 4 times in around 30 seconds. I had to pick whatever flavor just because she was insisting so much. The place was empty and it was early. The only reason she was pushing so much was so she could go back to her chair and continue texting. Very rude staff and the ice cream wasn't even that great, just OK. Will never be back.

Great ice cream however they are not allergy aware. We were excited to see they had several non-dairy flavors but when i informed the server our son has a severe dairy allergy and to please use a clean scoop she let me know they cross contaminate and don’t keep non- dairy scoops separate. This was very unfortunate bc my son was looking forward to a non dairy ice cream cone with his family and then could not have one. I hope Udderly Delicious considers using clean scoops in their non dairy ice cream in the future so they can serve more people with allergies.
